Pushback Rack

Pushback rack systems consist of multi-layered cart system mounted on a pair of guide rails that extend front to rear of the supporting upright and beams system. Each pallet is loaded from the front of the system and the subsequent pallets push the preceding pallet toward the rear. The guide rails are installed at an angle so that each cart in the system returns to the front position by means of gravity as the pallets are removed.

Pushback rack systems offer a high capacity solution for customers who are using a LIFO inventory system. Pushback rack offers an advantage over selective rack systems by offering better use of space and better selectivity.
